Introdcution
In accordance with the Beijing Municipal Government's Water Pollution Prevention and Control Work Plan (Beijing Gov. [2015] No. 66), pilot initiatives were launched in the Optoelectronics Base and the Southern Development Zone (North Section). These include enterprise wastewater discharge monitoring, key sewage pipeline node monitoring, and the construction of a comprehensive park monitoring platform, achieving full online monitoring coverage across the parks.

Project Features
● Real-Time Monitoring: Tracks enterprise discharge patterns, monitors water quality concentrations, and calculates total pollutant discharge.
● Early Warning System: Alerts for discharge violations; enables automatic, remote, or manual closure of enterprise outlets to prevent excess discharge and retain evidence.
● Pipeline Monitoring: Monitors water levels and quality at key pipeline nodes, providing insights into sewage flow direction.
● Three-Level Control System: Integrates monitoring instruments and facilities at enterprise outlets, pipeline nodes, and sewage treatment plant inlets for comprehensive control.
● Pollutant Management: Covers 80% of polluting units within the industrial park, providing a clear picture of discharge patterns and supporting pollution control efforts.
Customer Value
Enabled real-time monitoring, querying, statistical analysis, and reporting of online pollution data from all sources, including enterprises and sewage treatment plants. Accurately reflects pollutant discharge status, enforces compliance, and deters illegal discharges. Provides robust data and decision-making support for pollution reduction and total emissions control.
