Project Background
Erhai Lake is the lifeblood of the people of Dali, serving as both a vital resource and a core element of the region's competitiveness and charm. In the context of the national push for innovation in financing systems and the promotion of public-private partnerships (PPP), Dali City launched the Erhai Lake Ring Lake Sewage Diversion Project. The Erhai Lake Basin Ecological Environment Smart Supervision Project is one of the supporting initiatives for this sewage diversion project. Establishing a smart supervision system for the Erhai Lake Basin is crucial for comprehensively analyzing the effectiveness of Erhai Lake protection efforts and providing real-time data for higher-level decision-making. Particularly when integrated with the Ring Lake Sewage Diversion Project, this system enables real-time monitoring of sewage treatment plants, sewage diversion pipelines, and effluent networks, providing data support for project buyback payments, improving operational efficiency, and reducing operational costs.
