Introdcution   

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ecological Environment Department of Sichuan Province and the district government of Longquanyi District, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, has built an online video monitoring platform for key pollution sources with ‘a set of central monitoring platforms, a data centre and an intelligent monitoring network’ in 2016. Realise real-time monitoring of more than 1,200 pollution source enterprises within the jurisdiction, facilitate timely, online, accurate access to the region's pollution emission monitoring data, and gradually establish and improve the ‘one enterprise, one file’, ‘one enterprise, one policy’ and ‘one enterprise, one policy.
