
Water Quality Monitoring Solution for Black-odorous Waterbodies
This solution is based on the Urban Black-odorous Water Body Remediation Action Plan (Urban Construction [2018] No. 104), in coordination with special environmental protection actions for black and odorous water bodies. It utilizes an automatic water quality monitoring system as its foundation, with an industrial control computer and self-developed base station management software as the management core. It covers parameters such as COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, oxidation-reduction potential, transparency, and ultrasonic water level. The system fully leverages environmental monitoring technology to supervise and strengthen the in-depth analysis of monitoring data for black and odorous water bodies. By promptly identifying problems through data changes, it supports relevant management departments in decision-making, consolidates the results of black and odorous water body treatment, and ensures clean and sustainable water bodies for a long term.
The solution is based on the Internet of Things (IoT) concept. It covers parameters such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, oxidation-reduction potential, transparency, and ultrasonic water level. A black and odorous water quality monitoring network and quality control system are established to meet the integrated requirements for water quality monitoring. The solution is developed based on standards of information visualization, high performance, intelligence, and safety and reliability. It builds a black and odorous water quality management platform that integrates advanced technologies such as online monitoring, geographic information systems (GIS), stormwater and water quality modeling, cloud computing, and big data analysis. This provides effective modernized and intelligent management tools for the remediation of black and odorous water bodies.It achieves comprehensive management of black and odorous water bodies, improving living environmental quality and urban ecological conditions.
