Mercury is a global pollutant listed by the United Nations Environment Programme, with the characteristics of transnational pollution and global impact. In 2013, my country signed the Minamata Convention on Mercury, an international convention on mercury prevention.
The reference concentration limit of mercury in my country's Ambient Air Quality Standard (GB3095-2012) is 0.05μg/m3. The Emission Standard of Industrial Pollutants for Tin, Antimony and Mercury (GB 30770-2014) has tightened the emission concentration of waste gas to 0.01mg/m3 for newly built enterprises on the basis of the original Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996) and Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Industrial Furnaces (GB9087-1996).
Product Introduction
The LFMA-2014 (Hg) ambient air mercury online analyzer developed by Lihe Technology adopts the gold wire enrichment-cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry method. The Hg in the sample gas is pre-enriched by the gold wire, and then the enriched gold wire is thermally decomposed to quickly release the gaseous Hg. The corresponding Hg concentration is obtained by using the selective absorption property of Hg to ultraviolet light at 253.7nm.

Product Advantages
Dual-channel measurement
The system has a dual-channel structure, with two channels being the measurement channel and the reference channel. The measurement signal and the reference signal are collected simultaneously to improve the accuracy of the analyzer.
Precision optical path design
Through precision optical path design, high and low ranges can be switched based on dual-channel measurement. The system can automatically switch high and low range optical path channels according to the mercury content in the air, achieving a balance between range and sensitivity.
Dual pipeline enrichment and analysis
Using dual enrichment and analysis devices, the enrichment and analysis time is less than 3 minutes, switching to ensure the continuity of sampling.
Eliminate interference
The system uses gold wire to pre-enrich mercury to form gold amalgam, then heats it up and uses high-purity nitrogen to purge and analyze it, avoiding interference from organic matter, SO2, NOx, O3, etc.
Application Cases
This product is suitable for online monitoring of the environment, indoor atmosphere, industrial waste gas, etc., to evaluate the level of regional atmospheric mercury emissions, improve the level of local atmospheric pollution prevention and control, and implement scientific policies.
It has been used in Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and some smelters.
