From October 30 to November 2, 2024, the 2024 HK International Trade Fair on Environmental Protection (ECO Expo Asia), organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and co-organized by the Environment and Ecology Bureau of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, officially opened at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. Sun Jinlong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China, was invited to attend the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. This year’s exhibition, themed "Green Innovations for Carbon Neutrality," gathered around 190 officials of 40 delegations from mainland China, Southeast Asia, and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative. The event showcased cutting-edge green solutions and allowed experts to share their experiences. Ms. Xiang Yan, Deputy Director General of the Ecology and Environment Department of Hunan, represented the Hunan Provincial Government at the event.

Lihe Technology and Lihe International made a spectacular appearance with four main themes, showcasing the company’s international achievements in key areas such as water environmental monitoring, atmospheric environmental monitoring, laboratory analysis instruments and systems, and emergency equipment. The booth featured several advanced instruments, including the IDLIN 700 fully automated AI water quality detection system, the LFLIM-2015 fully automated multi-channel water quality analyzer, odor analyzer, and a series of portable analyzers, which attracted widespread attention.
On the first day of the exhibition, Sun Jinlong accompanied by leaders from the Hong Kong Environmental and Ecology Bureau and the Ecology and Environment Department of Hunan, visited Lihe’s booth to learn about smart detection and intelligent environmental protection products, and the company’s business development along the Belt and Road Initiative. Secretary Sun Jinlong took time to examine the company’s AI smart water quality monitoring system, inquired about its current application, and expressed his approval of the advanced products and their typical applications. He encouraged the company to leverage its role as a national research platform and continue to innovate.

During the exhibition, Lihe Technology’s booth also welcomed several key leaders and experts, including Yang Min, Director of the National Engineering Research Center of Industrial Wastewater Detoxication and Resource Recovery, Head of ANSO International Network of Environmental Technology and Industry Alliance, and Researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ms. Xiang Yan, Deputy Director General of the Ecology and Environment Department of Hunan, Dr. Xu Haoguang, Director of the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department, Dr. Zhu Zhenhua, Deputy Director of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Professor Liang Meiyi, Dean of the School of Energy and Environment at City University of Hong Kong, and Mr. Mai Jianbo, President of Guangdong Association of Environmental Protection Industry. Lihe Technology engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as green detection technology innovation, intelligent monitoring applications, and ecological environment management. They collectively explored paths to improving environmental monitoring standards and promoting high-quality development of the environmental protection industry. The leaders gave high praise for Lihe’s technological achievements, highly recognized the company’s projects that already implemented in Hong Kong, and provided valuable suggestions for future development.

In addition, Lihe Technology received customers from many different countries, including the UK, Malaysia, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, and South Korea. These visitors expressed strong interest in the company’s automatic monitoring and detection technologies and indicated their willingness to cooperate. In-depth discussions were held on further collaboration, with both parties looking forward to jointly advancing the application and promotion of environmental protection technology in the international market.
