Background and Significance
According to the "China Mobile Source Environmental Management Annual Report (2023)" released by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, mobile source pollution has become an important source of air pollution in large and medium-sized cities in my country. It is an important cause of fine particulate matter and photochemical smog pollution. The urgency of traffic pollution prevention and control is becoming increasingly prominent.
The ship-borne monitoring system project for the Yangtze River waterway and ports along the Hubei Province (hereinafter referred to as "the project") undertaken by our company is the first case in China to combine the traffic station monitoring system with a mobile monitoring ship. Hubei Province is a key hub of the important atmospheric transmission channel of the "North China-Middle and Lower Yangtze Plain". The navigation route of the system is the "Yichang-Wuhan-Jiujiang" Yangtze River section and part of the Han River. It can not only effectively and scientifically evaluate the air quality of the Hubei section of the Yangtze River Basin, but also reflect the overall atmospheric pollution status of the basin along the route.

Guided by supporting, serving and leading ecological and environmental decision-making and management, it realizes monitoring first, sensitive monitoring and accurate monitoring, and comprehensively improves the coordinated monitoring and forecasting capabilities of fine particulate matter and ozone pollution in cities along the Yangtze River. It provides strong support and is an important supplement to the atmospheric environment monitoring in the Yangtze River Basin, which is in line with the overall strategy of Yangtze River protection. The project system is equipped with carbon monoxide analyzer, ozone analyzer, non-methane total hydrocarbon monitor, VOCs cruise analyzer, carbon component analyzer, water-soluble ion analyzer, inorganic element analyzer, meteorological instrument, etc.

Application Results
Real-time monitoring
Analyze the current status of ambient air quality in the Hubei section of the Yangtze River waterway, analyze the potential impact range and degree of pollutants brought by port water and land transportation by combining identification components and trajectory patterns, and identify the impact of Yangtze River ship emissions on ambient air quality along the route.

Improving pollutant traceability capabilities
Construct a spectrum of PM2.5 and VOCs source components from typical ship emissions, conduct unified supervision and monitoring of pollutants in the Yangtze River Basin, conduct real-time analysis, discover pollution sources and diffusion trends, accurately analyze the transmission and migration process of pollutants, and identify pollution contribution rates.

Emergency warning
An emergency warning system will be established to immediately raise an alarm when pollution levels are high, providing a scientific basis for environmental management departments to make early decisions and carry out emergency control.

Improve management level
Integrate existing national, municipal and road traffic station monitoring data, analyze the temporal and spatial distribution and diffusion impact of pollutants at typical roadside stations, and put forward targeted suggestions based on the previous analysis results to improve the level of ecological environmental pollution control.
About Us
Lihe Technology is based on technological innovation. The core products of its transportation stations are all independently developed and produced and have passed the national environmental protection product certification. They integrate multiple modes such as roadside huts, containers, outdoor cabinets, monitoring vehicles/ships, etc. The station types include highway points, port points, industrial park cargo yard points, and airport points.
