Project Background  

To fully implement the Chongqing Ecological Environment Quality Monitoring Authority Transfer Plan and support the construction and operation of the city's surface water quality monitoring network, the Chongqing Ecological Environment Monitoring Center has developed the Chongqing Water Quality Automated Monitoring Platform. This platform meets the needs for real-time data collection, transmission, storage, display, sharing, operation and maintenance management, quality control, and comprehensive data applications.

Construction Content

The platform construction includes functional units such as data management, operation and maintenance management, quality control management, data integration applications, knowledge base, basic configuration, and mobile applications.

Implementation Results

●Established a unified monitoring network for data management and integrated application, improving the efficiency and quality of water station operations and effectively supporting water quality evaluation, business assessments, and decision-making.

●Developed an environmental monitoring business app, fostering a learning organization and significantly enhancing the knowledge base and professional skills of monitoring personnel.
