Monitoring Solution for Sewage Outlets on Rivers/Lakes
This solution is in accordance with the Measures for the Supervision and Control of Sewage Outlets on Rivers (Order of the Ministry of Water Resources No.22). It establishes online monitoring facilities at various types of monitoring stations located at river and lake discharge outlets, adhering to the principle of "one solution for one outlet, one solution for one river". The solution achieves continuous real-time monitoring of river/lake sewage outlets, enabling in-depth analysis of pollutant exceedance causes, strengthening the management of sewage outlets and other pollution sources, and ensuring long-term stability in meeting water quality standards.
The solution is based on water quality monitoring stations at the discharge outlets. It constructs a monitoring and control system for river/lake discharge outlets to monitor major discharge outlets and sections of water environmental quality. Following the principle of "one solution for one outlet, one solution for one river", it establishes online monitoring facilities to provide continuous real-time monitoring for decision-making support in water environment regulation. Monitoring parameters include wastewater volume, CODCr, BOD5, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, animal and vegetable oils, and other characteristic factors of the watershed (e.g., volatile phenols, cyanides).
