This product is a process monitoring device. It consists of an integrated sampling system and a sodium aluminate analysis cabinet. The integrated sampling system includes: sampling buffer tank, pipeline cleaning system, and the sodium aluminate analysis cabinet includes: sampling dilution module, sodium aluminate analyzer module, and data acquisition and processing module.
The sampling buffer tank has the functions of pressure sampling and releasing the pressure of the material pipeline, and has the advantages of simple flow regulation and convenient cleaning and maintenance.
The sampling tank has the characteristics of constant temperature, steam barrier, and pressure relief port outside the cabinet. It can effectively prevent high-temperature materials from corroding the cabinet.
The sampling dilution module has the functions of mechanical arm sampling and variable dilution multiples for accurate sample preparation, anti-sample adhesion, and improved sampling accuracy.
It can be applied to pipelines and various material tanks in alumina production, and can analyze sodium aluminate solution in real time.
