Automatic end-point volume adjustment, enclosed and environmentally friendly pretreatment, multichannel parallel concentration
⒈Basic hardware and throughput: the LIDOS-3002 quantitative parallel concentrator provides 10 independent sample channels that can run simultaneously or individually; Two sizes of concentration cups, 50 mL and 200 mL, can be used in combination.
⒉Nitrogen blowdown and observation design: the vortex nitrogen blowdown structure allows users to adjust needle position and angle as needed to increase the concentration rate; A front viewing window allows users to observe the concentration status without removing the containers.
⒊Automatic and safety functions: provided with an automatic end-point recognition and constant-volume module; it provides alarms for water level and pressure exceeding limits, automatically stops gas when the cover is opened, and uses a fully enclosed design with a built-in exhaust system, eliminating the need for a fume hood.
⒋Operation and maintenance: The touch screen makes operation simple; The nitrogen needle and water bath structures can be quickly disassembled, and the self-checking sensors indicate maintenance intervals.
⒌Core advantages: Patented optical detection delivers high constant-volume accuracy for complex matrices; Multi-channel parallel processing allows samples to be added or removed midway; The enclosed structure saves fume hood space; It is compatible with pretreatment equipment of the same brand for in-situ concentration to reduce sample loss.
⒍Applications and standards: Replaces rotary evaporators and conventional nitrogen blow concentrators for sample pretreatment in environmental, food, pharmaceutical, and third-party laboratories, and complies with HJ series pretreatment standards.
⒎Standard configuration: Main unit, 10-position sample rack, nitrogen flow controller, infrared end-point detection module.
