This instrument uses energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence method. It collects particulate matter samples in the ambient air, and emits X-rays to irradiate the sample surface. After the sample is excited, it releases characteristic X-ray fluorescence. The X-ray detector detects X-ray fluorescence of different energies (elements) to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of the elements in the sample. Combined with the sampling flow rate and sampling time, the element content of ambient air particulate matter is calculated.
Equipped with a helium replacement system, it has high detection sensitivity, especially to light elements.
The sample does not need to be digested, the analysis speed is fast, and the accuracy is good. The 6-speed filter can be switched to meet the measurement of different elements.
The X-ray tube has low power, low radiation risk, and low loss. At the same time, the equipment dissipates heat quickly and the tube has a long service life.
It has enough complete radiation safety qualifications, has a radiation safety license and a radiation exemption letter, and users can use the instrument directly without going through relevant procedures.
It can be applied to pollution source analysis, factory boundary monitoring, identification of spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of pollution sources, and monitoring of sudden pollution events.
