Sodium hydroxide and potassium persulfate solution are added and mixed evenly. Under high temperature and high pressure conditions, the nitrogen-containing compounds in the water sample are converted into nitrate nitrogen. After adding hydrochloric acid solution to remove inorganic carbon interference in the water, the absorbance at 220nm and 275nm is calculated. According to A=A220nm-2*A275nm, the absorbance of total nitrogen in the water sample is obtained, and the total nitrogen concentration in the water sample is calculated according to the absorbance standard curve.
