LFS-2002 (Sb) Antimony Analyzer

The instrument adopts 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometry, with acetone as solubilizer. In the presence of potassium iodide, trivalent antimony reacts with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridyl azo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) in 0.02~0.10mol/L hydrochloric acid medium to generate a stable purple-red complex. The absorbance value of the color development system is detected to determine the antimony content.

The instrument can switch monitoring parameters by simply replacing reagents and switching programs, which has good scalability.

The instrument has many functions, including standard sample verification, zero point verification, span verification, zero point calibration, standard sample calibration, automatic calibration of working curve, and automatic test of spike recovery rate.

The instrument can be controlled remotely.

The instrument has automatic fault alarm function, such as component failure alarm, over-range alarm, abnormal data alarm, reagent shortage alarm (water sample, distilled water, reagent), and can record and upload these faults.

 

The instrument is safe, intelligent and easy to maintain.

It has the functions of regular automatic cleaning and automatic calibration.

It has the function of automatic range switching according to water sample concentration.

It adopts an embedded operating system Linux, and runs efficiently.

The insulation resistance between the power supply lead and the casing of the instrument is not less than 20 MΩ.

 

Data transmission meets national standards.

The instrument has remote reverse control function, two-way data transmission function and working status output function.

It has RS-232, RS-485, RJ-45 standard communication interface, and the instrument communication protocol meets the requirements of H/T 212-2017.

It can be applied to surface water, groundwater, seawater, drinking water sources, pollution sources, industrial wastewater, domestic sewage and other water monitoring.
