LFLIM-2015 Fully Automatic Multi-channel Water Quality Analyzer

This product is designed according to the principle of national standard method, with low requirements on operators, simple and easy operation, and high degree of intelligence. The routine indicator detection of water quality laboratory is mainly based on manual analysis. The automatic sampler is used in conjunction with the multi-channel detector. Each detector is sampled separately in sequence and tested at the same time, realizing the automation and batch operation of the whole process such as sampling, pretreatment, reaction detection, and calculation results, and can achieve 24-hour unattended operation. Optional detection modules such as chemical oxygen demand, permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, fluoride, chloride, anionic surfactant, volatile phenol, cyanide, hexavalent chromium, etc.

Description

(1) Multi-channel detector

Accurate sampling: It adopts liquid level + plunger pump sampling and infrared liquid level detector measurement, with high accuracy, no need for calibration, maintenance-free, unattended, and fully automatic online, overcoming the sampling error caused by the aging of the peristaltic pump tube. The instrument has small drift of the marking line and low maintenance.

Automatic cleaning: It can automatically clean the instrument pipeline and reaction and detection units.

Intelligent calibration: It can realize the automatic calibration function of sensors such as measurement and metering, and can realize manual/automatic and remote calibration functions.

Consumable maintenance: It can query the usage of reagents and components, and remind maintenance personnel to add reagents in time.

Modular design: The modular design of the instrument can realize the monitoring of multiple parameters on the same machine by switching the detection panel or the control program.

 

(2) Automatic sampler

Can be used with multiple modular detection channels.

Precision stepper drive and encoder feedback system, high stability.

Automatically complete the cleaning of the sample needle, small dead volume of the pipeline, and reduce the memory effect.

The number of sample positions is up to 82.

Network communication interface, complete the synchronous operation with the analyzer and the host computer.

Beautiful appearance, small size, light weight, easy installation and use, strong versatility.

High degree of automation, unmanned operation, 24 hours uninterrupted work, greatly improving work efficiency.

(3) Control software

Channel configuration, automatic scanning of online channels.

Injector configuration, manual debugging control.

Control the injector instrument to complete the automatic injection of the water sample to be tested and the cleaning of the injector.

Control the multi-channel analysis module to analyze and test the sample and clean the pipeline.

Configure the sample bottle, input the sample information, specify the standard sample test channel, and set the sample bottle test priority.

Export and import the sample entry template to save sample entry time.

Data query, log query, and test report.

Automatic cleaning function of the injection pipeline to prevent cross-interference between high and low concentration samples.

The system should have a fault interface prompt and log recording function.

After customized development, the data can be uploaded to the laboratory information management platform through the protocol.

Automatic quality control function can automatically realize four quality control methods: blank, standard sample, spiked recovery rate and parallel sample.

The sample tray can be switched between “previous tray” and “next tray” to increase the number of samples placed.

It can be installed in two systems (two control software installed on one computer).

It can be applied to water quality analysis in ecological environment monitoring departments, water supply and drainage monitoring centers, hydrology and water resources monitoring centers, marine environment monitoring, enterprise self-monitoring and third-party testing companies.
