This product uses the light attenuation method to monitor the mass concentration of black carbon aerosol by utilizing the strong absorption characteristics of black carbon aerosol in the visible to infrared band. The analyzer illuminates the filter membrane with seven light sources of different wavelengths in turn, and further calculates the mass of black carbon aerosol collected during the measurement period from the light attenuation. Dividing it by the volume of the sampled gas, the concentration value of black carbon aerosol in the sampled gas can be calculated.
Adopting optical analysis method and measuring by light attenuation principle, the analyzer has simpler process and lower cost than that of photothermal analysis method and photoelectric detection method.
Using the difference sampling of large and small flow rates and combining compensation algorithm, the influence of filter membrane load on monitoring results is effectively eliminated.
