Major UAE Aluminum Group Visits and Inspects Lihero's Industrial Instrumentation and Control Systems

On January 29, representatives from a major UAE aluminum group visited Lihero and engaged in an exchange regarding industrial automated monitoring instruments and related technologies. The delegation toured Lihero’s industrial automation instruments exhibition area, where Mr. Fan Yibin, Application Research Manager of the Industrial Automation Department, provided a detailed introduction to the Sodium Aluminate Solution Automatic Analyzer and other core products. The introduction covered the technical principles, system architecture, and typical application scenarios, followed by a live sample testing demonstration. During the visit, the delegation gained in-depth insight into the instruments application, data stability, and level of automation, and expressed strong recognition of the overall performance.

Following the tour, a technical discussion was held with the participation of Mr. Zou Xiongwei, President of Lihero, Mr. Cheng Li, Deputy General Manager of Lihero, Mr. Deng Yaohui, Deputy General Manager of the Industrial Automation Department, Ms. Zhang Xiaomeng, Deputy General Manager of the Overseas Business Department and members of the technical team. At the meeting, Ms. Zhang Xiaomeng systematically presented Lihero’s development overview, core technological strengths, and domestic and international application achievements in alumina refining and aluminum electrolysis. Based on their actual production conditions, the UAE representatives focused discussions on instruments selection, operation and maintenance, lifecycle costs, and adaptability to overseas projects. Both sides also explored potential cooperation opportunities in online analytical instruments, laboratory analytical instruments, and related technical support services.

This visit marked an important milestone in the cooperation process between the two sides, laying a solid foundation for further technical networking and project collaboration.

Intelligent Monitoring and Analysis Technology and Instrumentation for Sodium Aluminate Slurry

Building on its initial development in 2000, the intelligent sodium aluminate slurry monitoring and analysis technology and instrumentation constitute the second-generation sodium aluminate solution automatic analyzer and represent one of Lihero’s core achievements. An integrated solution comprising three product series has been established, centered on the laboratory-based sodium aluminate solution automatic analyzer and combined with online monitoring systems supported by soft-sensing analyzers. The solution enables comprehensive analysis of key components, including alumina, caustic soda, carbonate, total alkali, caustic ratio and Rp, as well as rapid analysis of impurity elements such as silicon, iron, TOC, and oxalate. This systematic solution fully addresses the monitoring requirements of alumina production, overcoming common challenges such as insufficient testing efficiency, limited accuracy, and inadequate data management. It significantly reduces labor costs while providing faster, more efficient, and scientifically sound guidance for production optimization and process control.
