In April 2026, Dr. Chatchart Sitthiphan, Mayor of Bangkok, led a delegation including Mr. Pornphrom Vikitsreth, Advisor to the Governor and Chief Sustainability Officer of Bangkok, along with officials from the Department of Environment, the Department of Sustainable Office, and other relevant authorities, on a special visit to Kasetsart University. The delegation conducted an on-site inspection of Southeast Asia's first comprehensive air quality monitoring Super Station, developed and implemented by Lihero.
Dr. Surat Bualert, Associate Professor at Kasetsart University and Head of the Super Station project, welcomed the delegation together with the university’s management team. Lihero’s Thailand team from the Overseas Business Department participated throughout the visit, presenting the project’s innovative technologies and application outcomes in areas such as PM2.5 source apportionment and atmospheric pollution monitoring. The team also highlighted the system’s core technological strengths, project implementation progress, and long-term value.
During the visit, Dr. Chatchart Sitthiphan expressed strong appreciation for Lihero’s advanced solutions and contributions to Bangkok’s air pollution control efforts. He remarked that “this represents a major milestone in Bangkok’s response to air pollution. We are now able to identify pollution sources with greater clarity and precision, transforming previously invisible data into actionable insights, enabling more targeted and effective environment governance.”

At the Earth Day 2026 event held on April 22 at Siam Paragon, a major commercial landmark in central Bangkok, Mr. Pornphrom Vikitsreth presented the “Bangkok Smart Air Quality Supervision Platform,” independently developed by Lihero, to local residents and international visitors. He also identified the Super Station as a key technological foundation supporting Bangkok’s precise PM2.5 management.

As a core constructor in the "Clean Air Bangkok" project, Lihero has deeply promoted technology implementation and full-process execution and has customized a complete set of automatic environmental air quality monitoring instruments and equipment, integrating AI and big data analysis technology to provide high-quality monitoring data and preliminary screening analysis. Known as the "brain of air quality monitoring", this "Super Station" integrates conventional air monitoring analyzers (PM2.5, PM10, SO₂, NOₓ, CO, O₃), meteorological parameter monitoring systems, as well as cutting-edge equipment such as inorganic element analysis, carbon component measurement, black carbon monitoring, water-soluble ion analysis and LiDAR, realizing 24-hour online monitoring of all-component particulate matter pollution sources and components, equipping Bangkok's air quality governance with "smart eyes".
Looking ahead, Lihero will continue to leverage its innovation-driven capabilities, using the Bangkok Super Station as a benchmark project to deepen China–Thailand cooperation in environmental technology. The company is committed to supporting Thailand in building a more scientific and efficient air quality management system and advancing its overall air pollution control capacity.
Furthermore, this project marks an important step in expanding the presence of Chinese environmental technologies across Southeast Asia. Lihero will continue to promote China’s approach to scientific and precise pollution control on the global stage, sharing its expertise, experience, and advanced solutions. Through technological innovation and professional excellence, Lihero aims to empower cities worldwide in improving air quality and safeguarding blue skies.
