On the morning of June 24, the 2023 National Science and Technology Awards Conference was grandly held in the Great Hall of the People. As the tenth completing unit, Lihe Technology participated in the "Creation and Application of Drinking Water Safety Technology System" project led by Academician Qu Jiuhui of the Eco-Environmental Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and won the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award.
Project Introduction
The project "Creation and Application of Drinking Water Safety Technology System" invented ecological water source water quality improvement technologies such as "encrypted active zone" water purification and dimming algae inhibition, overcame a series of water quality purification problems such as odor, toxic byproducts, chlorine-resistant organisms, arsenic, and fluorine, broke through the key technologies of pipeline distribution and secondary water supply safety, created a standardized prefabricated water plant and rural water supply remote operation and maintenance mode, achieved the first breakthrough and independent control of the full-scene water quality monitoring series equipment, and created a drinking water safety technology system covering the whole city from source to tap, from decentralization to centralization, from monitoring to control. The results have been applied to 1,431 projects, covering 4,500 public water supply plants, directly benefiting 258 million people, serving 720 million people, and supporting urban and rural residents to drink "safe water".
For many years, Lihe Technology has continued to deepen its business in the drinking water monitoring field. Relying on the National Engineering Research Center for Advanced Technology and Equipment for Water Pollution Monitoring and the Research Center for Ecology and Environment of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other units, it has carried out joint research and development of online, mobile and automatic drinking water monitoring equipment. The results have been widely used in the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project and the full coverage safety monitoring of rural drinking water in Yunyang, Chongqing.
In the future, Lihe Technology will carry out technical research and development around the full-process detection technology of drinking water "water source-water production-water supply", continue to contribute to the construction of the country's modern drinking water safety guarantee system and the high-quality development of technical equipment, and actively explore overseas applications, and make positive contributions to the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
