China-Malaysia Environmental Cooperation Deepens: Malaysian Seminar Delegation Visited Lihe Technology to Explore New Environmental Monitoring Technologies

On November 14, participants of the Seminar on Environmental Protection and Evaluation for Malaysia visited Lihe Technology for an on-site exchange. Sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China, organized by Hunan International Business Vocational College, and co-organized by Changsha Environmental Protection Vocational College, the seminar aims to promote the sharing of environmental protection experiences and technological cooperation between China and Malaysia.

During the visit, Lihe Technology presented its “Space-Air-Ground-Sea” integrated environmental monitoring solutions and demonstrated how smart technologies can advance modern environmental governance. Case studies provided participants with deeper insights into practical applications and implementation strategies.

Participants represented a range of Malaysian government agencies, including the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Wildlife and National Parks,  and the Forestry Department, along with industry associations, academic institutions, and environmental enterprises.

Lihe Technology introduced its instruments and applications in water ecology, water management, marine and atmospheric monitoring, and shared product applications and development plans in Malaysia and other Belt and Road countries.

The seminar also featured sessions on “Intelligent Management Platform Case Studies” and “Environmental Monitoring System Solutions.” Participants actively discussed platform functions and monitoring network construction, exploring practical ways to apply smart technologies in environmental governance.

The visit offered Malaysian environmental professionals a valuable learning experience and further strengthened China-Malaysia cooperation in environmental technologies. Participants said that the training enhanced their understanding of advanced monitoring technologies and increased confidence in future collaboration on green and low-carbon initiatives.
