On April 23, 2024, the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences held an appraisal meeting in Changsha for the project results of "Ambient Air Pollutant Multi-parameter Intelligent Monitoring Instrument Equipment and System Application" hosted by Lihe Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. After review and questioning by the appraisal committee, it was unanimously agreed that the scientific and technological achievements have reached the international advanced level as a whole, and have reached the international leading level in multi-parameter intelligent monitoring and remote supervision of ambient air pollutants.
The meeting invited 11 experts including Academicians Liu Wenqing, Song Junqiang, and Zhang Yuanhang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Senior Engineer Luo Yi of the former Ecological and Environmental Monitoring Department of the Ministry of Ecological and Environmental Protection, Professor Luo Shenglian, Vice President of Hunan University, Professor Zeng Limin of Peking University, Researcher Wang Zifa of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Researcher Gao Jian of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, Professor Wang Boguang of Jinan University, Senior Engineer Yu Jianqiao of the Jiangsu Ecological and Environmental Monitoring Center, and Senior Engineer Xie Haitao of the Yunnan Ecological and Environmental Monitoring Center to review and discuss the project results. The meeting specially invited more than ten senior industry experts from the China National Environmental Monitoring Center, the Hunan Provincial Climate Center, and the environmental monitoring centers of various provinces and cities as special guests to evaluate and guide the project. The meeting was chaired by Director Wang Guoqing of the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences, and Chairman Zou Xiongwei, General Manager Wen Liqun and technical backbones of Lihe Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Liu Dehua, deputy general manager of Lihe Technology R&D Center, gave a detailed report on the project "Complete Set of Instruments and Equipment for Multi-parameter Intelligent Monitoring of Ambient Air Pollutants and System Applications", introducing the R&D background, innovative achievements, technical advantages and application promotion of this project. The project independently developed a multi-parameter intelligent monitoring system for ambient air pollutants with localized core components and stable and reliable quality, realizing the independent research and development of the entire chain of "components-instruments-integration-platform" and the overall localization rate reached more than 95%! This system can meet the needs of intelligent monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance management in multiple scenarios such as conventional, component, traffic station, cruise monitoring and emergency support monitoring.

After the project report, the experts visited the site to inspect the project results, conducted in-depth research, observed the structure of the instruments and equipment at close range, carefully examined every design detail, and intuitively felt the innovation of the technical achievements. The experts fully affirmed the technical achievements of Lihe Technology in the independent research and development of complete sets of instruments and equipment for multi-parameter intelligent monitoring of environmental air pollutants and systems, and put forward professional opinions and suggestions on subsequent technical research and product upgrades. Academician Liu Wenqing, chairman of the appraisal committee, emphasized that technology research and development should "explore one generation, produce one generation, research and develop one generation, and reserve one generation". The iteration of new technologies is necessary, and we look forward to Lihe Technology further researching core technologies and continuously expanding its technological competitive advantages.

Introduction of equipment and system
The complete set of instruments and equipment for multi-parameter intelligent monitoring of ambient air pollutants is a key milestone in Lihe Technology's independent research and development of gas monitoring. It embodies Lihe Technology's more than ten years of research and development results, involving the independent research and development of more than 10 core sensors. It has developed a domestically produced, highly integrated series of intelligent monitoring instruments and intelligent data management and application platforms covering multiple parameters such as conventional, photochemical components, and particulate matter components. It can realize automatic monitoring of more than 150 indicators, with a localization rate of more than 95%, meeting the needs of intelligent monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance management in multiple scenarios such as conventional, component, traffic station, cruise monitoring, and emergency support monitoring, forming an urbanized service model based on rapid and accurate monitoring, and has been widely used in the construction and operation of atmospheric pollution component monitoring networks in many places across the country, such as Hunan, Yunnan, Sichuan, and Fujian, realizing accurate monitoring, intelligent operation and maintenance, and online source analysis, solving the needs of relevant departments in intelligent management, data application, and decision-making support, improving the ability of refined control of atmospheric pollution, and achieving significant ecological environmental and economic benefits.
At the end of the meeting, Zou Xiongwei, Chairman of Lihe Technology, expressed his sincere gratitude to all the experts present and promised that the company will seriously study and actively adopt the suggestions of the experts and transform them into practical actions for subsequent research and development and improvement. In the next step, Lihe Technology will continue to adhere to independent innovation and research and development.
